That was just the way the link pasted in, Sheila.  The idea is to get people to be more involved with their healthcare.

 

I know I have many issues and observations, resulting in questions,  when I visit my doctor(s), and have to write them down.

The caption you typed under the video, is it only half there? Launch a public what? So this just tells people to ask more questions? I can see a person with vague or no complaints not able to think of questions, but with this inhuman pain, I think people would be demanding answers and action, wouldn't they?
