I met Dr. Casey at the TNA conference in 2008. I wanted to have my recent MVD done by him, but he wasn't covered by my insurance, so I went to Pittsburgh. VERY informative video!

This video is a long one - but geez, is it ever a learning curve. Dr Ken Casey is one of the co-authors of the book "Striking Back" with is the bible for TN patients basically. Please watch this when you have time. I keep going back to the time stamp area: 30 minutes in, where Dr Casey discusses the "Other" areas that actually are TN... Basic anatomy he says though most doctors forget this...
