Hi Jon GP has put me on tegrotol which ive been struggling to get used to (sickness, tiredness, confusion) but it does seem to be controlling the pain at the moment. see a neuroscientist 6th of april at the radcliffe hoping for a miracle but dont think i will get one.

Hi Lesley, I don't know that much about TN, not even sure if I truly have it. I don't know Oxford that well, but I've heard that there is a good neurology centre there, (Radcliffe?) so I hope your getting some good care from your Doctors.

What treatments / medications have you been offered? Have they helped at all?

Jon

I don't get out that much, my partner does the driving. We have been doing trips out, mostly on a family history trail, so have a few places to visit in West Wilts and Gloucestershire.
Days are probably better for me, if I could make it that is.

Hi Lisa, Jonathan & Darren
Being a newby I still have no pattern or idea of when pin will emerge. Been pain free for 36 hours and then wham 0615 today!!! Say no more, anyway gone now and just left with stinking headache as was really tired. I teach all the teenagers you cross the street to avoid duing the day so bit tired in the evening. Half terms are great and sometimes week-ends but depends where everyone is... and hopefully no one will be in pain during the meet!!!
Anyway nice to touch base with you guys... May The Pills Be With You!
Love and wotsit
Greg

Hi Darren, Greg and Lisa,
How are you all coping with this fine weather we're having?
I can't take too much heat or too much cold, I think it's called the Goldilocks Syndrome.
