Heart beat in back of head

Can anyone else feel their heart beat in the back of their head when their working out or whatever?  I can and its really loud and intense.  I also get a feeling sometimes where my thoughts bounce from one side of my brain to the other and i almost loose my balance when it happens.  I know how dumb that sounds but i've always had that feel and wonder if anyone else does.  Cause i know when i say it to anyone without TN they look at me like i have 4 heads.  lol
