If you go to www.franksherwood.com you will see the details of this diet.  I have to say though, I never really stuck to it.  My teeth hurt so badly off and on that I just go for SOFT and not cold or too hot.

Can you tell me what this is all about please?  At the moment I am not really eating at all.  My Christmas dinner was very boring.

Great idea!  I would caculate myself.  I'm just make preparations to start this way of eating myself but have found some recipes that look good.  I will put there here as I try them and know they are good.  And trust me, they are easy.  I don't really like to cook.  I take it this way of eating is helping you!

I've been using almond milk which is high in protein but has zero saturated fat.  Does anyone else find that the saturated fat count in food is different on Frank's list fromwhat's listed on the food itself?  Are you following the list or what's listed on the food package?  Couscous with veggies is a good meal because it's filling but doesn't use up your saturated fat allowance.  I don't know about you, but I guard those saturated fat numbers so I can have a treat after dinner!!
