Hi, I'm after help. I thought I'd take up crochet, as I can't do my usual activities (mosaics/woodwork/stonecarving) at the moment, and it looked pretty easy, and non-demanding. How wrong was I?!

Can anyone help teach me? I tried with a you-tube video and it all made perfect sense unti I tried to do it!

This is something I'm working on at my new job. Eventually you'll have playing cards and it'll show a 3d model of the character on the card. If you move 2 cards close enough together the characters will fight each other.

Hey there haven't been on for a while as been really down with the pain, I to have been keeping busy to fight the pain. I have been painting furniture and wooden hearts. Have been off work for so long that I have gone down to half pay so I am hoping to sell some of my stuff to make a bit of cash.
In all I do find it therapeutic, and fulfilling x

Thanks for the invite Jackie, some great photos on here of the fab crafts. I am very creative myself and love to spend time doing childrens murals, but, theres no way it would work with the medication. A friend has suggested match stick building?? I find it difficult to read when on full meds so not sure about it but do like the sound of it. Feeling really good at the moment and been back at work for two weeks. sending hugs to everyone xxx

Thanks for the invite, Jackie! Not much of a crafter, but I take my talents to the food forum...been a caterer and do some cakes / desserts on the side - I'll add a pic or two later ... And I LOVE Pinterest!! You should check it out! - great inspiration for new ideas; y'all a so talented!! :)

crashgirl, that's part of the game is hauling resources from town to town, when you get to a town you can enter races and competitions or accept hauling jobs...as you earn money you can buy new land with new animals on it which you can tame, then ride :)

Yea the pig fart is mine hahaha, I was trying to fall asleep one night and had the brilliant idea so I threw it together the next day lol I was going to make it so you have 4 ingredients, baked beans, cabbage, root beer, and onion rings, you put forth a combination of the 4 ingredients and can make 15 different farting explosions from the 4 icons. I even added fireballs you can shoot in a version I haven't uploaded haha it's hilarious.

Is the pig fart yours too? LOL, i love it...cool concept though on the 3-d, it would be cool if the animals actually did work!
